A series of dams along the Dnipro, the substations of nuclear power plants—we haven’t targeted those yet. That is, not the nuclear plants themselves, but the facilities that distribute power from them. After a recent strike, seven out of nine reactors were shut down, but they were restored fairly quickly. So this happens from time to time, as resources are accumulated.
But in order to collapse Ukraine’s energy system—and therefore its industrial capacity—there needs to be a systematic approach, specifically targeting nuclear energy infrastructure. Because no matter how many times we strike hydroelectric or thermal power plants, we won't be able to bring down the nuclear energy system; those plants will still generate electricity—and thus continue to fuel the war, which is the lifeblood of war.
That’s why the Ukrainians have no red lines. If we look at how they operate, they have no restraints, no stop signals, no red lines.
